Bittersweet: very nice upwards perspective on the building and rendering of the people, but still a tragic event overall. We read about it quite a bit here in Washington, DC, where people related because there are a lot of train commuters here.

Yes, it was a tragedy and not a good felling being there. A moving moment in a beautiful place, “bittersweet” as you have said.
Fortunately there very few accidents like these in Spain.
