Hugo Antonio Barros da Rocha Costa is a Portuguese architect born in 1974, graduated in Porto. Phd at theTechnical Architecture University of Valencia, where is teaching a course on Architectural Form Analysis and Representation Author of several papers and lectures related to Graphic Expression in divers University in Europe.
