Hugo Antonio Barros da Rocha Costa is a Portuguese architect born in 1974, graduated in Porto.
Phd at theTechnical Architecture University of Valencia, where is teaching a course on Architectural Form Analysis and Representation
Author of several papers and lectures related to Graphic Expression in divers University in Europe.
He has worked with such offices as Peripherique (Paris), MVRDV, QA Associates and Santiago Calatrava(Valencia).
