1434 / Chinese writing / Chinatown / NYC

At Chinatown after going to my favorite restaurant, where what I eat its always a surprise, due to the lack of communication. Rarely I get what I wanted to order and I like that!

1429 /  Meatpacking district / NYC

The Meatpacking district from the  High line Park. I love these brick buildings with high windows and huge overhangs, but the main reason I came sketch to the west side, was the Sun warm. I was freezing when finished the sketch though.

Saarinen’s building was commissioned in 1956, to “capture the spirit of flight”. He surely did it!

1418 / United Nations Headquarters / NYC (sold)

Yesterday I had a nice brunch at Greenpoint with some friends that work at the United Nations. After that, I went to Long Island and drew that building. Le Corbu and Niemeyer’s edifice outstands for its proportions and light colors.
