After suffering so much painting beaches and landscapes, finally something easy to draw: a good and messy rooftop 🙂 Yahoo!!!
Ok, not suffering at all on Greek beaches, apart when painting them 🙂

Maybe my favourite spot to sketch at Vathi Beach: lovely buildings, nice shadow, sea breeze and benches to sit in, what more can we ask ?

At the breathtaking Temple of Poseidon. Amazing light, unfortunately not for the best reasons,  Greece was on fire 😦 . Tried to sketch it with 8b pencil (pic2) and pentel brushpen. What’s your favorite?

What a treat! Sketching the amazing altarpieces room of @gvamubav! (National Fine Arts Museum in Valencia) . Have you been there? Have you ever drawn a altarpiece? I found it really hard!

What a treat! @gvamubav (National Fine Arts Museum in Valencia) invited me again to illustrate its amazing building and teach a workshop to celebrate  #museumday!

Sailing and sketching morning ⛵.

My friend has a ship’s logbook where he describes every every detail of each sailing day; today he asked me to illustrate it, that’s why sketched in this notebook.

Sketch done at one of the touristy squares at El Carmen armen, V alencia. Started with #lamysafari, then #uniball and #pigmamicron and #pentelbrushpen for the dark values. #strathmore paper. (22,9×30,5 cm)

This sketch is slightly smaller than the ones I usually do,  although it took me 2 hours! I thought “smaller” would mean “faster” , but it is not always like that, is it?
